Functieomschrijving: Als Medewerker Bijzonder Beheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proactief beheren van klantdossiers waarin sprake is van betalingsachterstanden, financiële moeilijkheden of andere risicovolle situaties. Jouw doel is om samen met de klant tot passende oplossingen te komen, zodat de financiële situatie weer op een gezonde en stabiele wijze wordt hersteld.
- Customer contact: Proactively reaching out to customers with payment arrears and conducting conversations to understand their situation and discuss possible solutions.
- Financial analyses: Analyzing the financial situation of customers to gain insight into their repayment capacity and propose appropriate payment arrangements or loan restructuring.
- Solution-oriented advice: Providing customers with advice on potential solutions to address their financial difficulties and guiding them in making informed decisions.
- Risk assessment: Assessing risks and implementing appropriate measures to limit credit losses.
- File management: Thoroughly documenting customer interactions and the actions taken in the customer's file.

- Minimum of a completed HBO degree, preferably in a financial field.
- Demonstrable experience in special management of consumer credits, for example, in a similar position at a financial institution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in an empathetic and professional manner.
- Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations related to consumer credits.
